4th Grade:

IXL Skills for the week (due Monday, January 25th): Math D.34, D.41, E.1, E.2, E.5 and ELA N.2, T.1, U.5, KK.12, and KK.13.

Daily Language Review (DLR): Week 16, Friday (Reference Sources) 

Reading: We will go over your assignment from yesterday, “The Dove and the Ant”, and review for your Lesson 14 TEST (“The Life and Times of the Ant”).

Grammar: Reader’s Notebook page 179 (Sentence Fluency)

Math: We will go over your assignment from yesterday (Chapter 6 Review, pages 122-123). You will complete Chapter 6 TEST.

Science: How have weather and climate changed? Pages 198-199.

5th Grade:

Math: We will go over yesterday’s review of Chapter 4 and complete Chapter 4 TEST.

Social Studies: We will go over your paragraphs from yesterday. “Do you think the enslaved Africans were right in starting a rebellion?”

Religion: We will be attending Mass! :0)

Vocabulary (Sadlier): Identify synonyms/antonyms and use words in sentences. Pages 122-123.

Reading: We will go over your assignment from yesterday, “Purr-fection”, and review for your Lesson 10 TEST (“Cougar”).

Grammar: Reader’s Notebook page 119 (Writing Direct Quotations). 

   

IXL for the week: Due Tuesday, January 26th. Skill Plan (ELA): Lesson 10, 1 (Read Poetry) 2 (Main Idea), and 5 (Punctuating Dialogue).  Skill Plan (Math): Lesson 4-10, 1 (Order of Operations) and Lesson 4-11, 1, 2, and 3 (Expressions).
