Daily Language Review (DLR): Week 15, Friday (Context Clues)

Reading: Using can, could, will, would, Reader’s Notebook page 167. We will review “Antarctic Journal” in our morning Meet. The assessment will be taken during our Meet. 

Math: Lesson 6-5, use patterns to multiply by multiples of 10, 100, or 1,000. Pages 118-119. We Do ODD, You Do EVEN.

Religion: Chapter 7 (BeMyDisciples), email me your results.

Science: Discuss 190-193.

5th Grade: 

Math: Complete Chapter 4 Review, pages 92-93 (We Do ODD, You Do EVEN)

Science: Chapter 4 TEST, open-book.

Religion: Review Chapter 9, page 128.

Vocabulary (Sadlier): Use word association, Latin roots, words in context, and review conjunctions, pages 114-115.

Reading: Reader’s Notebook page 107 (subordinating and correlative conjunctions). We will review “Storm Warriors” in our morning Meet. You have a choice of taking your assessment for Lesson 9 online or with a hard copy. Tests MUST be completed today.

IXL Skill Plan: Math 4-8:1 and 4-8:2, 4-9.1; Language Arts Lesson 8-1 and 8-2 and 9-2, 9-3, 8-6 and 8-7. These are due Tuesday, January 19th by end-of-day.
