Continue working on your April RQ. Be sure to choose an appropriate book on or above 4th grade level. You need to complete your quiz by April 30th.

Grammar: Reader’s Notebook page 287 (Word Choice).

**IXL Skill Plan DUE Monday, April 12th. :0) ELA Unit 21: 1 (Read fantasy with illustrations) 2 (Determine the meaning of idioms from context: set 1) 3 (Identify the narrative point of view) 4 (Use academic vocabulary in context) 5 (Use adjectives to compare) 6 (Spell adjectives that compare) and 7 (Summarize a story).

Math: Chapter 9 Review, pages 186-187 (ALL) This will be graded. You will complete Chapter 9 test on Thursday.

Religion: Discover how Jesus called and prepared his disciples to continue his ministry, pages 158-159.

Science: “Energy for Life” - ReadWorks article. This will be emailed to you, and we will read and discuss the article. 


Social Studies: (Mystery Science connection.) You will analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different sources of energy, including burnable fuels and alternative renewable energies. In Power This Town, you will obtain and combine information about wind energy, solar energy, and water energy. (Boulderville) I will email you a packet. We will work on this together. It will take a few days to complete.
